Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains how Deck 2048 (“the app”), a card puzzle game for Android, and this website handle information. The app is published by PLURIFORM S.R.L. (“we”, “us”).
In short: there is no account and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address or any other personal details ourselves, and we do not sell personal information. The free version shows ads served by Google, which involves the data described under “Advertising” below.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress is stored only on your device: the current board, scores, your best card, challenge progress, undo credits and settings such as sound and haptics. We cannot see it. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If Android Backup is turned on for your device, this data may be included in your Google account backup, which Google handles.
Advertising
The free version of the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner, and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch to earn undos or to skip a challenge. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and your interactions with ads. This happens inside Google’s advertising software; we do not receive your personal data from it. See how Google uses data in advertising and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) the app asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before ads that use your data are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app under Menu → Privacy Choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings. Buying Unlimited 2048 removes all ads.
Purchases
Unlimited 2048 is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google Play tells the app whether the purchase is active on your Google account so that the app can unlock its features.
Ratings prompt
From time to time the app may ask you to rate it, using Google Play’s in-app review feature. The prompt is shown and handled by Google Play.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads and to check your purchase with Google Play.
- Vibration: for optional haptic feedback.
- Advertising ID: used by Google’s advertising software, as described above.
- Billing: to offer the Unlimited 2048 purchase through Google Play.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics or crash reporting of our own in the app.
- We do not track your location and we do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
If you have agreed to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google Play may provide us with anonymous crash and performance statistics through the Play Console.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it loads its fonts and images from our own server rather than from third parties. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have rights under data protection law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You can use them with us at the address below, and for data held by Google (ads, Google Play, backups) through your Google account’s privacy controls. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app’s update notes.
